In a case of doubt, PROTECFLAM will test in-house all materials on which the Company asked to intervene. By the same token the Company will recommend the product or material which replies best to the problem raised, within the legislation, from the decorative aspect, from the protective aspect and of course from the financial aspect.

Service and Quality

PROTECFLAM will organise the transport best adapted to the needs of the product and the client ( Express - Rail - Air etc. ) according to each order, at tariffs negotiated with National and International Transport Companies.

The Company guarantees the quality of its products. The Company is able to develop and manufacture, at the precise definition of clients, products specific to an application, use or support.

Reaction Time PROTECFLAM can react immediately through its large and permanent stock, allowing despatch normally within 24 hours of an order.

Traceability

PROTECFLAM's products and materials are tested in official Laboratories, each test carry its own report..

The Company can - on request - send to any Industrial Medical Organisation, the relative “Safety Sheet”, as per European Standards.

When PROTECFLAM carries out a treatment in-house or on-site, the Company follows its work with a Document tracing all technical aspects of the intervention, such as : Type and precise description of the material treated. Surface / Number of parts treated. Marking. Products used. Procedures employed. Fire Classification obtained. Effective life span. Destination of the materials treated.
