Charter GTFI (the improvement of materials’

As a member of the GTFI we are conscious of
our responsibilities towards our clients, suppliers and the
general public.

This is why we commit ourselves to putting into practice
the principles contained in the present Charter which aims at ensuring
a quality service :

To respect the legal obligations
and legislation as well as current procedures relative
to the passive protection against fire, in particular
to the improvement of materials’ resistance to
fire, with the objective of constituting a valid "act
of solidarity"

To inform our clients
of the rigours of the legislation and to guide them.
|
|
To make a precise diagnosis
and propose technical solutions adapted to the needs
of the client, pass on to them the recommendations of
the manufacturer, in particular details of the conditions
of life-cycle, preservation of both materials and products
of our service.

|
Ensure at all times that
the results of our services conform to the clients’
needs.
|
|
Permanent surveillance
of the technical training of our personnel.
|
|
Promote by our experience,
both internally and work on-site, the principles and
quality practices relative to our services, products,
and treatment improving resistance to fire.
|
|
Non respect of these
commitments could expose us to sanctions decided by
the Administrative Council of the GTFI.
